Mr. Timothy S. Ernst has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. since July 27, 2016. Mr. Ernst had been General Counsel and Secretary at Big Heart Pet Brands Corporation (formerly, Del Monte Corporation) since March 2012 and also has been its Senior Vice President since March 2014.
He joined the Big Heart Pet Brands Corporation in June 1995 and served as its Associate General Counsel from June 1995 to March 2012 and Vice President from March 2012 to March 2014.
