Tracey Wingman Ho is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. In particular, she has industry experience in the energy and natural resources sector, including mineral sector and renewable energy sector projects. Tracey regularly advises local and international issuers, companies and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border lending, debt and equity financing, project financing and real estate financing. Tracey has a focus on assisting resource companies with their project finance transactions, including project debt, subordinated debt, project finance equipment facilities and specialty finance matters in connection with the resource sector project.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, Tracey Ho worked in the Hong Kong and London offices of a global law practice as a Hong Kong qualified lawyer. She offers experience in APLMA and LMA focused lending in Asia and the United Kingdom. Tracey assisted clients with their ESG objectives and managed LIBOR transition projects for various Chinese banks. She was also a contributing author of LexisNexis in the Financial Services practice area.
Tracey also assisted a leading global asset manager as a secondee in the Alternative Sustainable Investments group and obtained practical experience with fund structuring, equity and debt financial structuring for wind and solar farm projects, on-going regulatory and compliance matters in the United States and China in relation to a private equity fund with international investors.
