Tracy Washburn is a Managing Director and Senior Client Development Officer for Global Capital Markets Escrow & Paying Agent Services in the Western region.
Tracy has over 20 years of experience as a senior business development executive, leading complex sales strategies and global account expansion across the financial, legal, and corporate sectors. She specializes in escrow and paying agent solutions for M&A, litigation, and bankruptcy transactions, consistently delivering results through a client-first, solution-driven approach.
Prior to her role at Wilmington Trust, Tracy led business development for Citi Private Bank’s Law Firm Group across the West Coast. Tracy’s career spans senior roles at Fortis Advisors, JP Morgan Chase, and Duff & Phelps.
With an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BA from UC Santa Barbara, she’s also a proud advocate for women in leadership, serving on the Boards of ACG and the ABA’s M&A Committee.
