Tracy Springer is a senior transactional attorney at YieldStreet, Inc., a financial technology start-up in New York City, creating a digital marketplace of income-generating alternative investment products, including art financing, litigation funding, and real estate. Prior to joining YieldStreet, Tracy was a senior finance attorney at HSBC in New York City and London, supporting commercial lending for the investment and commercial banks. She has extensive experience with a broad range of commercial lending transactions, including cross-border financing, syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-based and cash-flow financings, leveraged lending, working capital loans, and guarantees. Tracy is vice-chair of the International Finance Subcommittee of the Commercial Finance Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and writes and speaks frequently at industry conferences on topics relating to cross-border financing and legal innovation. She received her B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago and her J.D degree, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
