Troy Jenkins is an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions, financial services companies, and technology companies providing electronic payment services on the legal issues affecting their business. Previously, Troy was an associate at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders. He holds a BA in government and history from the University of Virginia, and a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law.
