Vincent R. Meyer is currently an Assistant State’s Attorney in Knox County, Illinois. He previously practiced intellectual property law as an associate with Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP from September 2018 to June 2020. There, he assisted clients with patent preparation and prosecution, product clearance and legal opinions, and patent portfolio development in the areas of food science, mechanical engineering, electrical devices, medical devices, and biotechnology. As a member of Fitch Even trial teams, Vince also assisted in all phases of discovery, pretrial, and trial procedure in cases involving medical devices, construction materials, and semiconductors.
