Ward Classen has over 35 years’ experience negotiating complex information technology agreements and has practiced with many of the world’s leading technology companies, including Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology Corporation), Accenture, and InterDigital, Inc. Ward is the author of The Practical Guide to Software Licensing and Cloud Computing, (7th ed. 2020, ABA Press), which has been widely cited and quoted both by courts and academic institutions including the American Law Institute in its treatise Principles of the Law of Software Contracts.
