ABOUT
William J. Burton has experience in civil, criminal, and corporate law matters. In law school, Mr. Burton was a Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Karen L. Valihura of the Delaware Supreme Court and the American Bar Association Model Business Corporation Act Fellow, where he performed research on corporate laws throughout the country.
