Bill leads the transactional risk group at Willis Towers Watson and has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Bill has been a leader in the transactional insurance market for over 20 years, with experience as a broker, underwriter and attorney. Bill has substantial expertise in developing, negotiating and marketing Representations & Warranties Insurance, Tax Insurance, Contingency Insurance and Loss Mitigation Insurance. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2011, Bill served as Managing Director at Aon and Equity Risk Partners, and practiced law for several years. Prior to attending law school, Bill worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Bill earned his B.B.A. in Accounting and J.D., with distinction, from University of Iowa.
