ABOUT
Yu-Tyan is currently pursuing her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in New York University School of Law, with a coursework focus on corporate law and dispute resolution. Before her LL.M. studies at NYU, Yu-Tyan worked as an associate in private practice in Taipei, Taiwan. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, shareholder agreements, digital currency custody and staking agreements, commercial litigation, and other business transactions. She also completed internships at a law firm in Paris and within the legal department of a German multinational technology conglomerate. Yu-Tyan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Division of Financial and Economic Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Division of International Relations at National Taiwan University. She has completed academic exchanges at Sciences Po Paris in France, Shanghai Jiao-Tong University in China, and Columbia Law School in the United States.
