Zeynep Sener is a New York qualified lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, corporate transactions, infrastructure investments and strategic partnerships. Based in Doha, Qatar, she currently focuses on international infrastructure transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, concessions and strategic investments. Prior to moving in-house, she was a corporate M&A partner and practiced at leading international law firms in London, New York and Istanbul, advising multinational companies, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and boards of directors on complex cross-border transactions and corporate matters. She also has extensive governance experience, having served for more than five years on the Executive Committee of the Turkish Football Federation. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School and an LL.M. in French, European and International Business Law, magna cum laude, from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and LL.B. from Galatasaray University in Istanbul.
