Byeongsook Seo is a member of the Snell & Wilmer L.L.P.’s commercial litigation practice. Byeongsook is a member and Vice-Chair of the Business Divorce Subcommittee of the ABA Business Law Section Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation. Byeongsook graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and obtained his law degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.

Melissa N. Donimirski is an attorney with Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
