Amanda is a commercial litigation attorney at Snell & Wilmer LLP, based in their Phoenix office. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Robert M. Brutinel at the Arizona Supreme Court. Amanda assists clients in complex appeals and other appellate litigation. In her appellate practice, she has been involved in appeals before circuit courts of appeal, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. In her litigation practice, she assists clients in resolving commercial and contractual disputes, including constitutional claims and issues of statutory interpretation.
As a third-generation horsewoman, Amanda also enjoys assisting clients with a variety of equine- and gaming-related matters and lending her experience in addressing issues specific to such concerns, and is also a member of the American Bar Association’s TIPS Equine Subcommittee.
