Amy Greenwood-Field is a nationally recognized leader in multistate licensing and regulatory compliance, with deep experience in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). She advises depository and non-depository institutions, FinTech companies, mortgage brokers and servicers, lenders, bank partners, and money services businesses on multistate surveys, regulatory filings, and interactions with oversight agencies. Amy began her career at the Nebraska Department of Banking, where she served as a regulatory system administrator and Policy Committee member during the early development and implementation of the NMLS. She continues to play an active leadership role in the industry, including serving on the NMLS Industry Development Working Group and as the inaugural chair of the Money Transmitter Regulators Association Industry Advisory Council, and also advises clients on evolving regulatory issues related to cryptocurrency, digital assets, and remote operations.
