Goff is a partner in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group at Haynes Boone, where she focuses on ERISA, health and welfare plan design, fiduciary governance, executive compensation, and employee benefits–related privacy and cybersecurity compliance. With more than 20 years of experience, April advises large employer plan sponsors, boards, and fiduciary committees on complex benefit structures, vendor contracting, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies. Her practice includes health plan governance, HIPAA and state health privacy laws, PBM and third-party administrator negotiations, fiduciary process design, and emerging issues involving AI and data use in employee benefit programs and labor/employment use cases.
