Barbara has experience in a broad range of regulatory matters and corporate governance, with a specific focus on financial services and insurance. She worked on various international trade matters, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws, FCPA compliance, Export Administration Regulations, and trade legislative issues. Barbara has also assisted in counseling clients regarding life insurance and annuities, investment securities, and the tax laws of various Latin American countries.
Barbara received her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Barbara was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She lives in Los Angeles.
