Brian Mammarella is an associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware’s largest law firm. He focuses his practice on counseling corporations, directors, officers, board committees, and stockholders on complex corporate governance, fiduciary duty, and transactional matters under Delaware law. Before joining Richards Layton, Brian clerked for Vice Chancellor John W. Noble and Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has published several articles on issues of Delaware corporate law, and has been named among The Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch. Brian earned a BA, summa cum laude, from the College of William & Mary and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the managing board of the Virginia Law Review.
