ABOUT
Carolyne Dilgard-Clark runs a boutique practice, Dilgard Clark Law PLLC, handling commercial transactions, governance issues and other corporate and transactional matters. She also is an adjunct professor at the Kline School of Law, Drexel University. Carolyne is a member of the Business Law Section of the ABA and the Cyberspace Law Committee. Before starting her own business, she was an attorney in the corporate and securities department of a global AmLaw 100 law firm, and prior to that she clerked in the District of New Jersey.
