David Ebroon is an Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan Chase, and serves on the Commercial and Investment Banking Legal Team. He is the Head of Legal for each of Mid-Corporate and Capital & Advisory Solutions. Mid-Corporate focuses on clients generating between $100 million and $2 billion in revenue. Capital & Advisory Solutions consists of five distinct business groups: (i) Financial Sponsors/Direct Lending; (ii) Syndicated Finance; (iii) Asset Based Lending; (iv) Equipment Finance; and (v) ESOP Advisory.
David is a member of the American Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee and Vice-Chair of the Lending Subcommittee. David frequently writes and speaks on commercial finance topics.
