Debra Gatison Hatter is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Houston office focusing her practice on corporate securities, with deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, financings, corporate governance, structuring, compliance, ESG and general business matters. With more than 25 years of experience, Debra represents private equity and investment funds, public companies and privately held businesses in the energy (including clean energy and renewables), technology, retail, healthcare and industrial services industries, among others.
