Emily Poler is an experienced commercial litigator. She represents organizations and individuals in a range of complex commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on the intersection of technology, art, intellectual property, and finance.
In 2017 she founded Poler Legal LLC where she continues to represent entities and individuals in complex litigation. In addition, drawing on her extensive litigation experience where she has seen what can go wrong, she provides outside general counsel services to a range of companies. These services help clients avoid potential legal pitfalls and manage their risks. Clients include companies focused on blockchain technology, content producers, rare commodities, investment in art, and trademark licensors.
