Heather Fithian Romansky handles a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including representation of lending institutions, developers, investors, purchasers, and sellers. She has experience drafting a variety of commercial real estate documents, such as mortgage loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and event rental contracts. Heather also assists with business transactions involving Delaware limited liability companies and limited and general partnerships and provides third‑party legal opinions concerning Delaware’s alternative entity statutes. Before joining Potter Anderson, Heather served as a judicial law clerk to Vice Chancellor Bonnie W. David and Magistrate David Hume, IV of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan (retired) of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
