Helen Mosothoane is Of Counsel in McGlinchey’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice group. She is based in McGlinchey’s Dallas office and works remotely for McGlinchey’s office in Irvine, California. Helen defends clients in litigation related to a broad range of federal and state consumer finance laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), the California Homeowner Bill of Rights (HBOR), and other related statutes. She is involved in extensive motion practice, settlement negotiations and discovery. Helen is fluent in Spanish and has used her Spanish skills to counsel clients on compliance with Puerto Rico’s applicable consumer financial statutes and regulations.
