She leads a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, academics and specialists working in R&D&I (Knowledge and Innovation Group) that ensure top quality legal advice for clients; manage collective knowledge efficiently; and promote innovation, digitalization and added value services for clients.
Idoya Fernández is an expert in company sales, mergers and company reorganizations, joint venture agreements and national and international commercial contracts.
She is a solicitor authorized to practice law in England and Wales and is a member of the European Lawyers Association.
She lectures on company law in the Master in Business Law at Universidad de Navarra, the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and in the Expert Course on Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She speaks regularly at courses and training seminars at business schools and universities.
