Jessica Ballard-Barnett is a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Melissa S. May of the Indiana Court of Appeals and has served in that capacity for over ten years.  She is also the Chair-Elect of the Council for Appellate Staff Attorneys (CASA).  Jessica lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband, three children, a dog, three cats, and a toad.
