Joseph Jasperse is a research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. For the past three years, his research has centered on the intersection of blockchain technology, financial regulation, and the global economy, aiming to inform policy frameworks for emerging digital markets. As a research assistant, Joseph has briefed federal regulators on digital asset policy issues and advised members of Congress on draft legislation. Joseph has also published research in the World Economic Forum, University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law (JBL), Bloomberg Law, and The Wharton School.
