Karen (Zhenkun) Liu is a corporate and investment attorney, heading the Corporate & Fund Formation practice of Reid & Wise LLC, a New York headquartered international law firm. She advises onshore and offshore private funds and their sponsors on fund formation and ongoing operational and compliance matters and counsels corporate clients and investors on inbound and outbound corporate, investing and transactional legal matters. She is also a member of the Private Funds Subcommittee and the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee under American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. She was selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023.
