Lana specializes in lateral partner integration, ensuring that attorneys transitioning into new firms successfully align with strategic goals, build strong internal networks, and maximize business development opportunities. Her expertise lies in creating structured processes that drive engagement, cross-practice collaboration, and long-term retention, helping firms realize the full value of their people.
She serves as President of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Counsel for Justice, a legal services organization supporting nearly 100,000 people annually, and has been recognized by Lawdragon as a Global Leader in Legal Strategy & Consulting. She is also the author of Careers in Business Law: Forging Your Path to Success, published by the American Bar Association.
