Lana Manganiello is the founder of Practice Growth Partner, a legal strategy and business development consultancy focused on rebuilding law firm economics around client needs. With two decades in professional services, the last nine years focused on the legal profession, she has advised law firms and legal organizations on strategy, growth, and the structural conditions that shape how legal services are delivered and valued.
She writes and speaks on legal market structure, the economics of legal service delivery, and what it will take to close the gap between what corporate clients need from a legal partner and what the market has historically offered them.
Lana is the Immediate Past President of Counsel for Justice, one of Los Angeles’s leading legal services organizations, where she led its transition to an independent organization and served as its first non-lawyer president. She has been recognized by Lawdragon as a Global Leader in Legal Strategy & Consulting and by the Los Angeles Business Journal with a Women’s Leadership Award. She is also the author of Careers in Business Law: Forging Your Path to Success, published by the American Bar Association.
