Leah E. León is an associate in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation and corporate governance counseling. Leah has significant experience advising special committees on corporate governance matters.
Leah also co-teaches an M&A litigation course at Georgetown University Law Center.
Prior to joining the firm, Leah clerked for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
