ABOUT
Lev E. Breydo is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Senior Advisor in asset and business management at New American Energy, where he works with businesses focused in the clean energy sector. Prior to this, he worked as a Distressed Debt Analyst with Reorg Research Inc, as well as at leading global law firms and in consulting. Lev was an ABA Business Law Fellow for the 2018-2020 term, serving on the Legal Analytics, Business Bankruptcy and Project Finance Committees. He holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
