Matthew Doré is the Richard & Anita Calkins Distinguished Professor of Law at Drake University, where he has taught full-time since 1992. Professor Doré teaches a variety of corporate and commercial law classes at Drake and is a past chair of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
Professor Doré has published extensively in the corporate and commercial law area, including law review articles, book chapters, and a 2-volume treatise for Thomson Reuters on Iowa Business Organization law. Professor Doré has prepared updated editions of the Iowa treatise annually since 2003 and is a frequent presenter on business law topics.
