Megan Wischmeier Shaner is the Kenneth E. McAfee Centennial Chair in Law and President’s Associates Presidential Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Professor Shaner teaches and researches in the areas of corporate law and governance, unincorporated business entities, and mergers and acquisitions. A recognized expert in business law, Professor Shaner’s scholarship has appeared in a number of books and law reviews and has been cited by the Delaware Court of Chancery and the American Law Institute. Professor Shaner has been appointed to numerous distinguished bodies, including the Corporate Laws Committee of the ABA and the National Business Law Scholars Conference Board.
