Clients leverage her experience from nearly a decade at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Office of Structured Finance where she drafted rules and regulations related to asset-backed securities, worked with registrants to comply with disclosure requirements, provided interpretive guidance, reviewed and commented on asset-backed securities registration statements, 10-Ks and 10-Ds, and consulted with members of other offices and divisions at the SEC on asset-backed securities issues.
