ABOUT
Monique D. Jewett-Brewster is a shareholder with the law firm of Hopkins & Carley in San Jose and chairs its Financial Institutions and Creditors Rights practice group. Monique also currently serves as Chair of the Loan Workouts Subcommittee, Commercial Finance Committee of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section. Her clients include financial institutions, private lenders, equipment leasing companies, commercial landlords and tenants, credit unions, receivers, and purchasers of assets out of bankruptcy. Monique is also honored to have served as the 2018-19 Chair of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association.
