Navod is a Dispute Resolution expert with over 14 years of experience representing clients before the High Courts of Madras and Kerala; Subordinate Courts in Tamil Nadu and Kerala; Tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NGT, FSSAI Appellate Tribunal etc; Consumer Commissions; Industrial Tribunals and Labour Courts; Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Real Estate Appellate Tribunal and Central Administrative Tribunal. He has gained extensive experience in handling high-stake disputes involving commercial litigation, Arbitration, insolvency, white-collar crime, IPR, Labour matters. Navod has successfully challenged regulatory actions before High Court of Madras and Kerala.
He has also led teams in carrying out legal due diligence and contract negotiations for major infrastructure projects. Some of the notable awards he has received are “Young Professional of the Year” (2018) and “Outstanding Young Person” (2021).
