Oderah C. Nwaeze is a seasoned litigator with nearly 15 years of experience advising clients on complex corporate and commercial disputes, including stockholder rights, mergers and acquisitions litigation, business divorces, and breach-of-contract matters. He represents public and private entities, officers, directors, and trustees in state and federal courts, and regularly counsels financial institutions with breach of contract and consumer facing issues. Oderah is recognized for his thought leadership, frequently writing and speaking on Delaware law, corporate governance, and trial advocacy, with published work in leading legal outlets and presentations at major conferences and law schools. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and B.A. from Wake Forest University.
