ABOUT
Pam Ly is an attorney licensed in New York and Washington, D.C. and Certified Mediator based in San Diego, California. She has extensive experience serving in various capacities within the legal profession across both public and private sectors and recently founded LYNC Mediation Global, LLC in 2025. Prior to the legal profession, Pam has been involved in the jewelry industry for decades and is a certified gemologist with strong bilingual competency and cross-cultural ties to Vietnamese-speaking communities in the United States and globally. Her practice focuses on advisory and mediation services committed to resolving a broad range of business and human rights (BHR), jewelry, and Vietnam-related disputes—particularly in regions where access to remedy is limited for affected stakeholders.
Pam is deeply committed to social responsibility and business integrity, as reflected in her ongoing pro bono work and collaborations with international lawyers and BHR experts on global supply chain and access to remedy initiatives. She is Vice-Chair of the Corporate Sustainability Law Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and member of several professional organizations.
