Priyanka Shetty has 12 years of experience and is part of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution team. Priyanka has advised and represented clients in investment treaty, domestic and international commercial arbitrations under the rules of all the major arbitral institutions. She also advises on complex commercial and corporate litigation, white collar crimes, insolvency disputes and regulatory matters. Her experience ranges across various sectors, including infrastructure projects, non-renewable and renewable energy, insurance, and telecom. Priyanka holds an LLM in International Dispute Resolution from University of Geneva and Graduate Institute of International & Development Studies.
