Distinguished Professor Emeritus of International Legal Studies, Southwestern Law School; former Chair, ABA Section of International Law (2001-2002); Council member and Executive Director of CLDP-SLD Project, ABA Division of Senior Lawyers’ SLD-CLDP Cooperative Relationship. In addition, he serves as an international arbitrator and is a consultant on ESG and legal education.
