Stephanie Maxwell

Stephanie Maxwell is the General Counsel for the Tennessee Sports Wagering Advisory Council. Prior to joining the Sports Wagering Advisory Council, Stephanie served as General Counsel to the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury and litigated at two Nashville law firms – Bass, Berry & Sims and Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and holds a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
