Sushrut is part of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity / Venture Capital practice at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and regularly represents multinational companies, leading PE / VC firms, major Indian conglomerates in acquisition deals, fund raising, joint ventures and business transfers. He assists clients across various sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, health tech, transport and logistics, IT/ ITES, healthcare and hospitals and manufacturing.
He has over 13 years of experience and regularly advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters under foreign exchange regulations, general corporate and commercial matters, structuring, entry / exit strategies, etc.
Sushrut regularly speaks and contributes on topics relating to his practice area in various forums, including conferences and summits across India.
Prior to joining Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Sushrut was working at some of the other major Indian law firms.
