Tim Evanston is an associate at Smiley Wang-Ekvall, LLP. He concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and business litigation. Prior to working for Smiley Wang-Ekvall, Mr. Evanston served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, and a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. He is currently a member of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, and the Orange County Bar Association’s Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.
