Aimee Szygenda represents consumer financial services providers including state and national banks, mortgage servicers, credit card issuers, auto financers, and third party debt collectors. She often defends claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Texas Debt Collection Act (TDCA). In addition, Aimee often defends cases for automotive financing clients sued under the FTC Holder in Due Course Rule.
