ABOUT
Ben Whitehouse is an attorney with the law firm of Butler Snow LLP and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Ben is a member of the firm’s Regulatory and Government Relations practice group focusing on captive insurance and tax matters. He serves as the chair of ABA Business Law Section’s captive insurance committee as well as President of the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) board of directors and is an instructor for the Business Ethics in the Captive Insurance Industry ICCIE course.
