César is the Senior Manager of Compliance Advisory for Capital One. César’s experience includes 13+ years of regulatory compliance and consumer financial services expertise. César is an active member of the ABA Business Law Section, serving roles as: Chair of the Young Lawyer Committee, former Vice Chair of the Pro Bono Committee, former Vice Chair of the Corporate Governance Sub Committee of the Credit Unions Committee, Business Law Fellow Alumni, and former Law Student Liaison.
