Cole Hodge represents financial services providers including banks, loan servicers, mortgagees, and auto and manufactured housing lenders. He counsels clients in a range of commercial and financial services litigation with a particular focus on lender liability and consumer protection matters. Cole also assists clients with contract, fraud, and shareholder disputes, among others.
In litigation, Cole knows he has to stay a step ahead of the opposition, and he prides himself on spotting issues before they come into focus. He thrives on challenging work that presents unique circumstances and legal issues.
As a law student, Cole served as a Judge Advocate General extern with the United States Air Force, as a judicial extern for the Honorable Bruce Guyton, Chief United States Magistrate for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and a judicial extern with the Civil Division of United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He also worked as a student attorney in the College of Law’s Domestic Violence Legal Clinic.
