Emily Rouleau is a Legal Analyst for the Transactions team at Bloomberg Law, focusing on commercial transactions and M&A. Prior to joining Bloomberg Law, Emily was an associate with the Business & Transactions group at PilieroMazza PLLC where her practice focused on corporate law, M&A, and navigating corporate and transactional requirements for government contractors. Emily received her BA from Clark University and JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
