Dr. Giugi Carminati, Esq., JSD, is an attorney at LexShares, a litigation finance company, where she serves as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining LexShares, Dr. Carminati had stops at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, as well as Berg & Androphy and NDH, a civil rights firm. Her practice has spanned multiple states as well as diverse areas of practice, including complex commercial litigation, false claims act, domestic violence victims’ advocacy, constitutional law and international arbitration. As Vice President of Business Development at LexShares, Dr. Carminati builds relationships with law firms and claimants while giving educational talks about litigation finance to attorneys and their clients.
