Since retiring from the day-to-day practice of law in August 2023, Joe served as an expert witness, arbitrator, mediator and consultant to policyholders, insurers and others He has concentrated his work in D&O and other professional liability lines, including representations and warranties insurance.

Joseph’s Representative Experience
- Successfully litigated a D&O coverage dispute with a pro hac admission in California, avoiding a policy limit exposure for the client
- Obtained a litigated rescission of a D&O policy in New York
- Served as a party-appointed arbitrator in a major employment practices insurance dispute in an international forum in London, England
